Domestic Shipping Policy
Processing & Dispatch Times
- All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- During peak periods or high order volumes, shipments may experience slight delays. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard shipping typically takes 2-14 business days after dispatch.
- Unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, courier delays) may impact delivery times. If delays occur, we will notify customers in advance when possible.
Shipping Carriers
- We use AusPost, Fastway, TNT, and other couriers at our discretion to ensure reliable delivery.
- If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier may leave the parcel in a safe place or provide a calling card with pickup details from the nearest post office or depot.
Tracking & Delivery Responsibility
- Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the tracking status and ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Parcels
- Damaged Parcels: Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery via email with photographic evidence of the damage.
- Missing or Lost Parcels: Must be reported within 30 business days from dispatch. Couriers will not accept claims beyond this period.
- We are not responsible for courier-related delays beyond our control.
