Limited Warranty Togopower warrants to the original consumer purchaser that the Togopower product will be free from defects in craft and material under normal consumer use during the applicable warranty period identified in the ‘Warranty Period’ section below, subject to the exclusions set forth below. This warranty statement sets forth Togopower’s total and exclusive warranty obligation. We will not assume, nor authorie any person to assume for us, any other liability in connection with the sale of our products.

Warranty Period The warranty period for Togopower Portable Power Station products is 24 months, for Togopower Solar Panel is 12 months. In each case, the warranty period is measured starting on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. The sales receipt from the first consumer purchase, or other reasonable documentary proof, is required to establish the start date of the warranty period.

Limited to Original Consumer Buyer The warranty on Togopower’s product is limited to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner.

Exclusions Togopower’s warranty does not apply to (i) any product that is misused, abused, modified, damaged by accident, or used for anything other than normal consumer use as authorised in Togopower’s current product literature, or (ii) any product purchased through an online auction house. Togopower’s warranty does not apply to the battery cell unless you fully charge the battery cell within seven days after you buy the product and at least once every six months after that.

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Usually 2-14 business days later you will receive your products. The shipping is delayed for some objective or uncontrolled reasons. We will notice our customer ahead for delays.

We use AusPost, Fastway, TNT and other delivery services at our discretion. If no one is present at the delivery address, the courier may at their discretion elect to leave the parcel in a safe place at the premises, or they may instead opt to leave a calling card advising the nearest post office or depot where the item can be collected from. Tracking details of your parcel will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched, and it is the buyer's responsibility to actively monitor their parcel delivery using the provided tracking details.

Parcels that are damaged in transit must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery via email, and accompanied by photographic evidence of the damage.

Missing or lost parcels must be reported within 30 business days from dispatch. Couriers will refuse transit damage and/or lost parcel claims beyond these time frames.

The displayed delivery time frames are estimates only. The actual delivery time is dependent on the shipping location, shipper's processing capacity and other unforeseeable factors i.e. nature disasters, accidents etc. We cannot be held responsible for any courier-related delivery delays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our website.

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.
